What is the process on return items?

If for some reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it in its original packaging and receive a full refund. Pack the item(s) to be returned in the original package if possible. Returned packages must be returned prepaid to the Sender's address (located on the shipping label).

Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the form of credit to the credit card holder. Exchanges will be made within 14 days. Deepseacosmetics.com accepts only unused and unopened items purchased through our website

Items purchased in a Deep Sea retail point or Boutique must be returned to their original point of purchase. Returns / exchanges are subject to the related company policy.
